Toutounji Plastic Group, a group of 3 companies specialized in the manufacturing, assembling & exporting plastic sanitary plumbing fixtures, bathrooms, accessories & CPCV pipes and fittings (under license of NOVEON, USA – Europe) and (PPR Type 3 pipes and Fittings). Our manufacturing premises are mainly located in Cairo city of Egypt covering 12000 square meters of covered production area in Al Obour City.
Main Products:
1- FLOWGUARD CPVC pipes and fittings:
Manufactured according to DIN 8079/8080 standards under license of NOVEON – Europe. Diameters from 16mm up to 110mm- PN16, PN20 and PN25. Chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) is a thermoplastic produced by chlorination of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin. We are actually building another factory which will be ready by November 2007 to manufacture the Diameters of CPVC up to 160mm. Uses include hot and cold water pipe, and industrial liquid handling.
2- AQUA PRIMA PPR-C pipes and fittings:
Manufactured according to DIN 8077/8078 standards under license of ITALY.
PP (Polypropylene) Polypropylene is suitable for use with foodstuffs, potable and ultra pure waters, as well as within the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
3- Flush mechanism and systems-Bathroom accessories:
Toutounji products manufactured since 1972 with an emphasis on quality in the plastic processing business and competitive pricing.
